Owner & Managing Director
Jilly has over 40 years experience in the industry and managed every aspect of the business before becoming Managing Director and Owner in late 2008. Jilly has worked hard building each of the departments within the Company and is developing and expanding the agency all the time. She has a great eye for spotting talent and is looking forward to this exciting and successful chapter for Galloways and their clients.
Philip started his long and winding journey to Galloways by handing out flyers to people who didn’t want flyers whilst at the Edinburgh Festival. Following that he was soon working and gaining experience with agencies including Curtis Brown and Noel Gay.
Philip joined Galloways two years ago as the Commercials Agent, a role that thankfully requires no handing out of flyers to strangers.
Katy grew up in a theatrical family and made the easy decision to go to drama school in 2007. She graduated from ArtsEd in 2010 and, after working in the industry for a few years, she decided to change direction and begin working for an agency.
After spending five successful years at Debbie Rimmer Management, Katy joined Galloways at the start of 2019. Katy is excited and proud to represent a talented and diverse group of clients and work with them to achieve wonderful things.
Beth studied at Central School of Ballet where she gained her BA (HONS) Degree in Professional Dance and Performance Arts. After graduating she went on to perform in the industry for 10 years before deciding to hang up her dancing shoes and take the next steps in her career as an agent. Beth has been at Galloways since early 2018 and is enjoying working with the team on a fantastic client list.
Harry joined Galloways in May 2019 after working as the Theatre Administrator at the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham. Harry studied drama at the University of Gloucestershire and has been interested in talent management since leaving university. He is a keen lover of theatre and is excited to be a part of the Galloways team.
Carla worked with Galloways as an Assistant for 3 years showing great aptitude for financial accounts as she expanded her role. When she decided that spending 4 hours travelling from deepest Kent every day was not for her, she was still able to continue working for the agency doing the day to day management accounts. Carla has now been with Galloways for seven years and is a very valued member of our team.
