Jilly has over 25 years experience in the industry and has managed every aspect of the business before becoming Managing Director and Owner in late 2008.  She now works closely with the team covering all aspects of Film, TV, Theatre and Commercials.

Jilly has worked hard building each of the departments within the company and is developing and expanding the agency all the time.  She has a great eye for spotting talent and is excited about this next and successful chapter for Galloways and their talented clients.

Carla graduated from Middlesex University with a BA in Theatre Studies. During her final year, she began an internship at Galloways and, after graduating, was swiftly hired as an assistant — marking the start of a career that has spanned over a decade with the agency.

Twelve years on, Carla is now an agent representing clients across the agency’s full list, while also heading up the finance team. Her in-depth knowledge of the industry, paired with years of hands-on experience within the company, gives her a well-rounded and strategic approach to client representation.

Carla is passionate about building long-term careers and is deeply committed to the supportive, family-focused ethos that defines Galloways. 

Keely graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Theology, Religion, and Philosophy of Religion, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City, University of London. She has interned and volunteered in legal, educational, and creative sectors.

Her background has strengthened her organisational and talent-support skills. Keely is excited to be joining Galloways and supporting the team’s outstanding talent.

Lucy graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Politics and International Relations. She has worked and volunteered in education and theatre production, and is passionate about the performing arts. Her experience across both creative and educational sectors has given her a practical, adaptable approach. Lucy is happy to be joining the team and looks forward to contributing to our work and supporting our clients.
